You can put this solution on YOUR website!
No, because those people wouldn't necessarily stay around the mall for two more
hours even if the mall stayed open.  Also there may be some people who work
too late to stop by the mall, who would stop by after they get off work if the
mall stayed open an extra hour. Any such people are not being surveyed at all.
