You can put this solution on YOUR website! Look for two integers whose product is -24 and whose sum is 2. Call these integers, a and b. Note, I say, INTEGERS, which may be positive or negative.
If a solution to that is possible, then this solution will be (x+a)(x+b).
Your example is factorable.
(x-4)(x+6).
