The very first thing is to learn to follow instructions. For example, go back and read the instruction for posting that describes the difference between a good question and a bad question, and then reflect on just how poorly constructed your question is. Also, get rid of the cutsey teeny-bopper texting abbreviations; show us a little respect by spelling out your messages and using complete, properly spelled, properly capitalized, and properly punctuated sentences arranged in logical sequence.
