width =x
twice the width = 2x
4 more than twice the width = 2x+4
perimeter = 2L + 2W
2x+2(2x+4)
2x+4x+8 = 92
6x=92-8
6x=84
x=14 which is the width
2x+4 is the length
2*14+4
=32 which is the length
