The graph is simply a shaded line from -4 to 10 where there are closed circles at -4 and 10. So the graph looks like this:

Note:
There is a closed circle at x=-4 which means that we're including this value in the solution set
Also, there is a closed circle at x=10 which means that we're including this value in the solution set.

Draw a number line.
Mark two points are -4 and 10
Put a solid dot at x = -4 and at x=10.
Draw a solid line segment joining those two dots.
The dots and the line segment are the graph of the
interval [-4,10]
