he earns 12000 per month at a laundry shop.
he also earns 150 per hour for 8 hours per shift for 5 shifts per week.

total amount earned per month is a little difficult to quantify because the number of weeks per month is not the same for every month.

the way i do it is to calculate the average monthly pay for the pay that is not monthly to start with.

the average number of weeks per month is equal to 52/12 = 4.33333.....

6000 * 4.333..... = 26000 per month.
add 12000 to that and you get an average monthly pay of 38000.
