Why should I suffer while deciphering your scribbles?
In MOST references, the standard form of a quadratic equation is
ax^2+bx+c = 0
where a is not 0.
With this example, the standard form would appear to be 2x^2+3x-5 = 0.
However, the equation 4x^2+6x-10 =0 is equivalent. No reference I have found says that standard from requires that the coefficients a, b, and c have no common factor.
So perhaps your equation can be written in standard form in not only two different ways but in an infinite number of different ways.
Having provided my response, I must say that the question is not very mathematical -- it is just quibbling about what "standard form" means.
