Below is the ingredients for 6 people.
INGREDIENTS
2 oxtails, 500g seasoned flour, 1 and half oz beef dripping,2 onions 1 and half pints beef stock,1 bourquet garni, salt and black pepper, 2 bay leaves, 1 level tablespoon red jelly, 3 quota carrots, 2 small turnips, 1 tablespoon lemon juice,1 tablespoon tomato paste and 6 oz mushrooms.
GARNISH
3 level tablespoon chopped parsley and 2 Level tablespoon grated lemon
1.1. suppose you are making this dish for 24 people,by what factors should you multiply the quantities to unsure that you have enough food for 24 people?

You can put this solution on YOUR website! if the ingredients are for 6 people and you want to have enough ingredients for 24 people, then you would multiply the quantities by 4 because 4 * 6 = 24.
