3%5Ex=-134%2F27......take log of both sides
log%283%5Ex%29=-log%28134%2F27%29
x%2Alog%283%29=-%28log%28134%29-log%2827%29%29
x=%28-%28log%28134%29-log%2827%29%29%29%2Flog%283%29
x=-1.4582 approximately

but, if you have
