Rate = 3.00% 0.03 0.03
Amount+=%09P%2A%28%28n%2Br%29%2Fn%29%5E%28n%2At%29

Amount = =3500 *( 1 + 0.03 )^ 1 * 5.00
Amount = 3500 *( 1 + 0.03 )^ 5
3500 *( 1.03 )^ 5.00
