1)  Find the volume of the tank in liters.


2)  Subtract the given volume of the water to find the empty volume in the tank.


3)  Divide the empty volume by the flow rate.


4)  You will obtain the time in seconds.


5)  Then convert seconds to hours and minutes.


Hey,  when I started my calculations, I found that the volume of the tank is  LESS  than  720000  liters.

So,  your input data are  INCORRECT.
