You can put this solution on YOUR website! a) If a.m and p.m are disregarded, hours from now, it will still be 7:00. Going back 1 hour, the time is 6:00.
b) By the same logic as above, 60 hours ago, it was still 7:00. Going back an additional 2 hours, the time was 5:00.
