if a line passing through (2,10) and (-2,3), a slope will be
m=%28y%5B2%5D-y%5B1%5D%29%2F+%28x%5B2%5D-x%5B1%5D%29=%283-10%29%2F+%28-2-2%29=-7%2F-4=7%2F4
then, equation is:
y-y%5B1%5D=m%28x-x%5B1%5D%29
y-10=%287%2F4%29%28x-2%29
y-10=%287%2F4%29x-14%2F4
y=%287%2F4%29x-14%2F4%2B10
y=%287%2F4%29x-14%2F4%2B10
y=%287%2F4%29x-14%2F4%2B40%2F4
y=%287%2F4%29x%2B6
4y=7x%2B24
4y-7x=24

if you sketch the lines, you will notice they are not+coincident

Two lines or shapes that lie exactly on top of each other are coincident.
If two lines are coincident, only you can't see them both, because they are on top of each other.
If each line in the system has the same slope and the same y-intercept, the lines are coincident.
and a line coincident with the line 2y%2Bx=4 is a line its self, or 4y%2B2x=8, or y%2Bx%2F2=2.
