Let  x  be the profit made in 2015.


Then the profit made in 2014 is  0.75x, 

and  the profit made in 2016 is  0.75x + 3000000.



The equation for the total is


    x + 0.75x + (0.75x + 3000000) = 23000000.


Solve it for x.  Then evaluate 0.75x  as the profit made in 2014 , and evaluate (0.75x + 3000000) as the profit made in 2016.
