Divisible by 5: 4 fives + 4 tens = 8 cards in all
Black cards divisible by 5: 1/2 of the above, so (1/2)*8 = 4 cards are black and divisible by 5.
The probability of drawing such a card is therefore
4/52 = or about 0.077
