Notice that the entire "universal" set consists of (20+15) + (25+10) + (10 + 20) = 100 elements; subset D consists of 25 elements.
So, the subset Dc, complement to D, consists of (100-25) = 75 elements,
and, therefore, P(Dc) = = = 0.75 = 75%.
