You can put this solution on YOUR website!
If it takes V 12 days to do 2 pieces of work, in one day he does 2/12 and in 8 days 16/12 or 4/3.
R does it twice as fast or 1/3 in one day and 8/3 in 8 days.
B does it 3 times as fast as V or 1/2 per day or 4 pieces in 8 days.
After 8 days, they have completed 4/3 +8/3 + 4=8 pieces of work

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Vivek does +2%2F10+ of the work in +12+ days
His rate is +%282%2F10%29%2F12+=+1%2F60+
Ramesh’s rate is:
+2%2A%28+1%2F60+%29+=+1%2F30+
Bhuvan’s Rate is:
+3%2A%28+1%2F60+%29+=+1%2F20+
————————————-
Let +x+ = the fraction of the work done in 8 days

+12+%2B+9+%2B+10+=+8%2Fx+
+31+=+8%2Fx+
+x+=+8%2F31+
8/31 of the job gets done in 8 days
—————-
Definitely get a 2nd opinion on this ( if needed )

.
The entire job consists of 2 + 3 + 5 = 10 equal parts .

Vivek does 2%2F10 of the work in 12 days ====>
His rate is +%28%282%2F10%29%29%2F12+ = +1%2F60+ of the entire job per day.

Ramesh’s rate is:
+2%2A%28+1%2F60+%29 = +1%2F30+ of the entire job per day.

Bhuvan’s rate is:
+3%2A%28+1%2F60+%29 = +1%2F20+ of the entire job per day.

Till this point my solution coincides with that by @josmiceli.

Starting from the next line, my way is DIFFERENT.

Their combined rate of work is 1%2F60 + 1%2F30 + 1%2F20 = %281+%2B+2+%2B+3%29%2F60 = 5%2F60 = 1%2F12 of the entire job per day.

Hence, in 8 days they will complete 8%2F12 = 2%2F3 of the job.

Solved.
