Whichever type of clock it is, proceed as follows: Write an "A" then "=" then an open curly brace, "{"
Then, presuming a round analog clock, pick a number on the face of the clock and write it after the open curly brace followed by a comma. Then pick a direction to go around the clock and write the next number followed by a comma. Repeat the process until you come to the last number before the number you began with. Write that number, then, instead of a comma, follow it with a close curly brace, "}".
