where +m+ is the slope of the line, so
in this case +m+=+2+

+2x+-+y+=+5+
Subtract +2x+ from both sides
+-y+=+-2x+%2B+5+
Multiply both sides by +-1+
+y+=+2x+-+5+
+m+=+2+ in this case also, so both equations
have the same slope, and they are parallel
to eachother.
