O is making 1000 per month more
At the end of each year, that difference lessens by 200 (500-300)
after 6 years, the salaries will be equal. It's 6 because there is no change the first year.
O. will make 11000+1500 (300*5 years)=12500 per month
K. will make 10000+2500 (500*5 years)=12500 per month
