Equation looks like a circle. Why expect a vertex?

x%5E2-4x%2B4%2By%5E2%2B10y%2B25=-13%2B4%2B25
highlight%28%28x-2%29%5E2%2B%28y%2B5%29%5E2=16%29

No vertex, but CENTER (2,-5) and size of radius sqrt%2816%29=4.
