At this point, I got understanding that it is better for me to stop and not to go further.

Because the formulation is either wrong or incorrect.


Also, the formulation like this "the money they have is in the ratio 2:1" is ambigous: which ratio is this ?? T%2FM or M%2FT ???

It is not the way to formulate math problem.
