Undo everything that was done to p; and do the same operation on BOTH SIDES of the equation.

2%2F3 is 266.66666 % of 1%2F4.

When the question is 

     "The number "a" is what percent number of number "b" ?"


then the answer is   %28a%2Fb%29%2A100.


In other words, you have to divide "a" by "b" and multiply the quotient by 100.


In your case the percent is  %28%28%282%2F3%29%29%2F%28%281%2F4%29%29%29%2A100 = %282%2A4%29%2F3%29%2A100 = 800%2F3 = 266.6(6) %.
