You can put this solution on YOUR website!
KJ bought 35 pizzas, and gave away 10. He sold the rest for $5 more each than he paid for them. If he profited $75, how much did he pay for each pizza?
-----
Let original price for each pizza be "x".
-----
Original cost:: 35x dollars
Revenue when 25 sold:: 25(x+5)
----
Equation:
Revenue - Cost = 75 dollars
----
25x + 125 - 35x = 75
-10x = -50
x = $5
