You can actually figure out the answer by being guided by the exact value of the integral:
int%28x%5E2%2C+dx%2C+0%2C1%29+=+1%2F3
The last two options are automatically eliminated. The second option is close to the exact value, but presumably would use circumscribing rectangles to get an upper sum (which should be bigger than 1/3 = 0.33333... ) Only the first answer would satisfy the question.
