Multiply any two of the factors::
(x+2)(x+3) = x^2+5x+6

Multiply that product by (2x-3) to get::
2x(x^2+5x+6) - 3(x^2+5x+6)

= 2x^3 + 10x^2 + 12x - 3x^2 - 15x - 18

= 2x^3 7x^2 -3x - 18
