You can put this solution on YOUR website! from the equation 2y=4x-4 find the following
-------
slope-intercept form:: y = 2x-2
---------------------------------------
a)what is the gradient of this line:: gradient = slope = 2
--------------------------
b)calculate the y intercept:: Let x = 0, then y = -2
------------------------------------------------
c)calculate the x intercept:: Let y = 0, then x = 1
-----------------------------------
d)find a point on the line:: Let x = (1/2) then x = 1-2 = -1
------------------

You can put this solution on YOUR website! Write in slope intercept form
y=2x-2
slope or gradient is 2.
y-intercept is where x=0
y=0-2, so y-intercept is at -2
x-intercept is where y=0
2x=2
x=1
point on the line can be an intercept (0,-2) or (1,0)
or, I can put in a point for x (say 132) and y=264-2 or 262. (132,262 would work)
or (2,2)
