You can put this solution on YOUR website! Hi, you've posted three of these clock problems. I recommend you combine them all into one in the future, as well as posting it in the right section (This doesn't count as finance). Anyways, on with the problem!
I will assume you want degrees.
At 7 o clock, the the hour hand will be 7/12ths the way around the clock, or in degree form 7/12*360=210 degrees.
At 45 minutes, the minute hand will be at 9, or in degrees, 9/12*360=270 degrees.
I don't know how much detail your teacher may want, but 270-210=60 degrees may be sufficient. If your teacher wants to take minute increments into account with the hour hand, I will take care of that with a separate answer.
There are 60 minutes in a hour, 12 hours on a clock. So if it's 45 minutes in, then it is 45/60 * 1/12 * 360 = 7.5 extra degrees on the hour hand. So, we go and add this to our hour hand angle. We get 210+7.5 for 217.5 degrees. Now, our answer is 270-217.5=52.5 degrees.

I DO NOT recommend you to put different questions into one post.
