You can put this solution on YOUR website! Find three consecutive odd integers such that the sum of the first and twice the second is 6 more than the third
---------
Let the numbers be 2x+1, 2x+3, 2x+5
EQUATION:
(2x+1)+2(2x+3)=(2x+5)+6
6x+7=2x+11
4x=4
x=1
---------
1st: 2x+1=2(1)+1=3
2nd: 2x+3=5
3rd: 2x+5=7
