Note:  An IDENTITY is an EQUATION.  What you have here,
"the square root of x^2" is not an EQUATION but only an 
EXPRESSION.  To have an equation, you must have the word
"EQUALS" or an = sign somewhere in there.  Sorry we are
unable to help, but if you will resubmit the problem
with with an equal sign somewhere in there, then we can.
