It's a lot easier if you can cancel, here you can cancel (x+5), then you have:
%28%28x-3%29%29%2F%28%28x%2B2%29%29 * 1%2F%28%28x%2B2%29%29 = %28%28x-3%29%29%2F%28%28x%5E2+%2B+4x+%2B+4%29%29
