You have to factor all four of those polynomials.

Remember that when dividing fractions, you simply multiply by the reciprocal. Your equations should look like this, after factoring.
x%28x%2B3%29%2F%28x%2B2%29%28x%2B3%29%2A%28x-6%29%28x%2B2%29%2F%28x-6%29%28x%2B6%29

A lot of things will cancel out, so you can cross off anything that is on the top and bottom.

You are left with x/(x+6). The answer is b.
