You can put this solution on YOUR website! You should multiply both sides of the equation with a number in which 4 and 3 (as the divisors) are its factors. The simplest way to get this is to, of course, multiply the two, 4 x 3 yielding 12.
Multiply both sides by twelve, and then you'll get rid of the divisors and end up with (don't forget to multiply the (-3) with 12 as well!):
From there, it's just a matter of multiplying and then moving numbers and the variable w back and forth.
