You can put this solution on YOUR website!

x=-2y%2F3%2B7%2F3...to write it as x=(____)/____, common denominator is 3
so, you have
x=%28-2y%2B7%29%2F3

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
+3x+%2B+2y+=+7+
First subtract +2y+ from both sides
+3x+=+7+-+2y+
Divide both sides by +3+
+x+=+%28+7+-+2y+%29+%2F+3+
---------------------------
You can do a quick check by plugging in
random values for +y+
+y+=+-7+
+3x+%2B+2y+=+7+
+3x+%2B+2%2A%28-7%29+=+7+
+3x+-14+=+7+
+3x+=+21+
+x+=+7+
------------------
+x+=+%28+7+-+2y+%29+%2F+3+
+x+=+%28+7+-+2%2A%28-7%29+%29+%2F+3+
+x+=+%28+7+%2B+14+%29+%2F+3+
+x+=+21%2F3+
+x+=+7+
OK
