Take care of the 2%5E24. That factor makes a big change in the power of ten.

Without resorting to logarithms or anything fancy,
2%5E24=2%5E10%2A2%5E10%2A2%5E4
1024%2A1024%2A16
1048576%2A16, which could be done long-hand if necessary...
16777216, but I resorted to a calculator...
Now to put this into scienftific notation,
1.6777216%2A10%5E7.

Your expression is then
2%5E24%2A10%5E6
1.6777216%2A10%5E7%2A10%5E6
1.6777216%2A10%5E%287%2B6%29
