Your first step was fine.
%286x%2B5%29%286x%2B5%29+=+36x%5E2%2B30x%2B30x%2B25 but...
30x+%2B+30x+=+60x+ not 60x%5E2 so...
%286x%2B5%29%286x%2B5%29+=+36x%5E2+%2B+60x+%2B+25

(6x+5)exponent2

(6x + 5)^2
==> (6x + 5)(6x + 5)
==> 36x^2 +30x + 30x +25
==> 36x^2 + 60x +25 (30x + 30x = 60x , It should be added not multiplied)
