You can
put this solution on YOUR website!
x^-3y/xy^-2
x^(-3-1)*y^(1-(-2))
x^(-4)*y^(3)
(y^3)/(x^4)
So x^-3y/xy^-2 = (y^3)/(x^4) for all nonzero values of x and y
