1. Parenthesis (P)
2. Exponenets (E)
3. Multiplication (M) and Division (D)left to right.
4. Addition (A) and Subtraction (S) left to right (for now).
It helps some people to memorize PEMDAS.
5(11+12-10)-19 Work the inside of the Parenthesis (P)1st.
5(23-10)-19
5(13)-19 Now Multiply (M).There's nothing between the parenthesis and the 5, that means 5*13.
65-19 Now Subtract (S)
