Question 465771: I'm studying, "Zero and Negative Integral Exponents". I have a couple of excericses to do with these insructions:
Simplify and write each expression with postive exponents.
y^c-d (if: c < d < 0)
-> I kinda understand the range but I don't know how to use it in the exponent, do I evaluate the numbers and then substitute?

You can put this solution on YOUR website!

Since c < d, it follows c-d < 0, regardless of whether c and d are positive or negative. To rewrite with a positive exponent, we reciprocate it, yielding
