0.125 = 1/8. Anything raised to the zeroth power is 1. And a^-b = (1/a)^b
Therefore, this expression simplifies to
(1/8)^(-2/3) - 3*1 + 12(2)^(-2) -> 8^(2/3) - 3 + 12/(2)^2 -> 4 - 3 + 3 = 4
Answer: 4
