Question 423873: Danielle's chemistry professor has a complicated grading system. each lab counts once and each test counts as two labs. at the end of the semester there is a final lab that counts as three regular labs. Danielle received scores of 93,93 and 97 on her labs, and scores of 94 and 97 on her tests. what score must she get on the final lab to receive an A?

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
You didnt say what score she needs to get an A. Is that a 90? or something different?
You'll have to fill that in in order to solve.
But the equation to solve is as follows

The logic here is that the 3 times the minimum final lab score will be equal to to whatever the score one can get and still get an A times 10 (since there are 3 labs, 2 test which counts double and one final which counts treble -- a total of ten scores)
