You did not type the equation properly. All equations contain an equals sign. Therefore, this is not an equation; it is an expression.
As an expression, it is already as simple as it can be, so there is nothing left to do to it.

I don't see how this expression can be simplified. By the way, it is NOT an equation, since it doesn't have an equal sign, a right side, and a left side. Is this all you are given to work with:
4x%5E2y%5E3+, and the instructions say to "simplify the expressions"?

I can't think of a thing to do with it.
