SOLUTION: 3 to the third power divided by 3 to the negative fourth power

Instead of doing it for you, I'll do this one instead, which is
exactly like yours:

2 to the fourth power divided by 2 to the negative fifth power:



Bring the negative exponent from the bottom to the top and change 
the sign of the exponent.  Leave an understood 1 in the bottom if 
you like:
