SOLUTION: can someone please tell me if i did this right? i had to write in the simplest form without negative exponents. [(-2)^-2]^-3 = -2^6 therefore i had gotten 64 as my answer.

= [1/4]^-3
= (4)^3
=64
your answer is correct
