Whatever you do to one side, you
have to do to the other side

Multiply both sides by +9+
+9%2A6+=+9%2A%28+b%2F9+%29+
+54+=+b+
That's the answer

Plug it back into the equation to check:
+6+=+54%2F9+
+6+=+6+
OK
