If you multiply 1%2F9 by 27, doesn't that result in a value of 3?

If you calculate 3%5E-6, doesn't this result in a value of 1%2F729?

Are these two results the same? No, they're not!!! So how could she be correct?

3%5E-+2+%2A+3%5E3 = 3%5E%28-+2+%2B+3%29, or 3%5E1, which equals: highlight_green%283%29
