You can
put this solution on YOUR website!
[(3x^3)/({x^2})^3]^-2
[(3x^3)/(x^6)]^-2
[(x^6)/(3x^3)]^2
[(x^(6-3))/3]^2
[(x^3)/3]^2
(x^6)/9
So [(3x^3)/({x^2})^3]^-2 = (x^6)/9for all values of x (where x is not zero)
