Question 48957: Hi! My calc teacher gave his students a packet of math review to do over the summer. I am stuck on this problem because it involves a trigonometric function. Please help me simplify this equation:
-[(x^-1/2)/(2)]sin(sqrt(X))
this is what i have so far:
step 1
-[(1/sqrt(X))/(2)]sin(sqrt(x))
step 2
-[{sqrt(x)/(x)}/{2)]sin(sqrt(x))
step 3
-[{sqrt(X)}/{2x}]sin(sqrt(x))<--I'm stuck here
Thank you for taking the time to look at this problem and any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Hi! My calc teacher gave his students a packet of math review to do over the summer. I am stuck on this problem because it involves a trigonometric function. Please help me simplify this equation:
-[(x^-1/2)/(2)]sin(sqrt(X))
this is what i have so far:
step 1
-[(1/sqrt(X))/(2)]sin(sqrt(x)).............OK
step 2
-[{sqrt(x)/(x)}/{2)]sin(sqrt(x))............OK
step 3
-[{sqrt(X)}/{2x}]sin(sqrt(x))...........OK<--
I'm stuck here ......NO THAT IS ALL TO IT.THERE IS NO FURTHER SIMPLIFICATION POSSIBLE.CHECK FOR TYPING MISTAKES IF ANY??IS IT SINE OR SINE INVERSE OF SQRT(X)...OR IS IT YOU WANT ITS LIMIT AS X TENDS TO ZERO OR SOME THING LIKE THAT??PLEASE CHECK AND COME BACK.THE PROBLEM AS YOU PUT IT HAS NOT MUCH MEANING
Thank you for taking the time to look at this problem and any help would be greatly appreciated!!
