You can put this solution on YOUR website!
First we find the LCD. In our case is %28x-8%29%28x%2B8%29.
Second we find the values of x for which the denominator is zero:
Solve the equation:%28x-8%29%28x%2B8%29=0, setting to zero each factor and get:
x=8 and x=-8. These values can't be roots for our equation. Now solve the equation:
x%2F%28x%2B8%29-8%2F%28x-8%29=%28x%5E2%2B64%29%2F%28x-8%29%28x%2B8%29, multiply both sides by (x-8)(x+8)
x%28x-8%29-8%28x%2B8%29=x%5E2%2B64=>x%5E2-8x-8x-64=x%5E2%2B64=>-16x=128=>x=-8.
We reject this root and say that the equation doesn't have solution on the real numbers set.
