You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Please, help me with this, step by step:
Wrtite in simplest form without negative or zero exponents.
%283x%5E%28-2%29y%29%5E%28-1%29%2F%282xy%5E%28-2%29%29%5E0

Make sure every number and letter inside the
parentheses shows an exponent, even if it's 1:

%283%5E1x%5E%28-2%29y%5E1%29%5E%28-1%29%2F%282%5E1x%5E1y%5E%28-2%29%29%5E0

To remove parentheses, multiply every inside
exponent by the outside exponent:

%283%5E%28-1%29x%5E2%2Ay%5E%28-1%29%29%2F%282%5E0x%5E0y%5E0%29

Since any number raised to the zero power is 1, the denominator
is just 1%2A1%2A1 or 1.

%28+3%5E%28-1%29x%5E2y%5E%28-1%29%29+%2F1

To get rid of a negative exponent, move it from top
to the bottom or bottom to top and change the sign
of the exponent to positive:

So we move 3%5E%28-1%29 and y%5E%28-1%29 from top to bottom and
change the sign and we now have:

%28+x%5E2%29+%2F%281%2A3%5E1y%5E1%29

And we can leave the 1's understood:

x%5E2+%2F%283y%29
